It is quite amazing to realize that one day can be wonderful and fulfilling, and the next full of surprises and adventures for three foolish tourists in the middle of Buena Park, California. A cool gray day started for the three tourists, a trip to the Knott's Berry Farm towncenter, with Mrs. Knott's perfect fried chicken (recipe since 1934)for lunch, and they did not forget to buy the wonderful Knott's Berry Jams, strawberry and blackberry, of course, to a wonderful lunch, there is always a drawback, boysenberry pie, which only one member of the group liked, and the berries ended up kicking up a storm, since soon after lunch, the rain started to fall. Bus rides under the cold wind and persistant precipitation, no umbrellas and no rain coats, covering ourselves with nothing but our sweaters, carrying the jams and buiscuit mix, and two buses later the tourists made it to the Buena Park Mall, and had dinner at Asian Buffet. Rain continue, the bus would not come, so the silly tourists ended up in Starbucks with a double expresso and waiting for a taxi. The taxi never made it to Starbucks, missed the tourists waiting under the rain, and lost the chance for a fair. The tourists continue waiting for the next bus, covering themselves from the chilly wind and cold rain, finally managed to reach the hotel after two more 15 minute wait for the buses. Under the sky full of rain and somewhat flooded streets, the night has settle, and the three tourists will stay in tomorrow. Eating Jam. Good night.
